Sorry posting as new post as old one was marked as solved.
Xbox game pass has expired - I'd marked it to be cancelled. This stopped on the 25th of August but hasn't passed back to Microsoft and still shows as managed by BT.
Can you help please so I can renew with MS directly and get back up and running.

Strangely just tried adding a new code from Mircosoft and seems to be now with correct expiry date and not showing as managed by BT. Will login into his account and check all OK
