I upgraded my broadband a few months ago and was told I got 6 months free game pass with it. I have just realised that I never received anything for this. Is it too late to get sent this now?

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.
