I just got my full fibre 900 package yesterday , which was an upgrade from full fibre 500.
I was informed on the phone with customer services that I would receive an email after activation with my details on how to claim my 12 months of Xbox GamePass.
Should this come through straight away or is there usually a delay. I have done all the usual checking spam folders etc.

You need to wait until 14 day cooling off passed after activation and you need to have paid first bill
