I am thinking of moving to a new package but it includes xbox pass (free 12 months) then charges but I can see anywhere in the T/C about cancelling it and if you are able to do so. It mentions things like Netflix / BT TV etc.
So has anyone had one of these packages then cancelled it ok

if you are upgrading to fibre 900 with 12 months xbox pass then you don't cancel it. it requires you to select it once package up and running so you just ignore it in MYBT and nothing will happen. it is available with the package but still needs you to activate it which you just ignore
