Hi, I can’t find the content partners section to redeem my Xbox game pass offer

Have you read the numerous post like yours?

When was activation date?  You need to wait at least until the 14 day cooling off period has passed before you can get pass

I signed up to BT in October but had an Xbox pass already, when I signed up to BT they said my offer would still be there once I was ready to redeem it and my old pass had expired, it was there 2 weeks ago but now gone.

Try contacting billing using message now and see if they can help you

Hi, 

    So contacted BT as you mentioned, after being on the phone to them for 1 1/2 hours and 3 different customer service. BT said as I hadn’t redeemed it within 4 months and they no longer had the Xbox partnership that there was nothing they can do 😡

Thanks for giving that a try for us, @steven12344.

The Game Pass Ultimate promotion has ended for new connections taken from the 28th of January 2025, but customers that ordered before this date on an eligible plan should still be able to redeem it. 

When was it you placed your order?

Hi, 

     Bt said as I hadn’t activated it in time ,which they can’t say how long I had Ive lost it…. Got broadband in October and tried to use it in Feb…poor service and communication from BT. They did offer me a deal on EE mobile though 🤦‍♂️

What you've been told is definitely incorrect. The offer is available to redeem at any point during your contract, so long as you ordered the broadband on or before 28th Jan 2025, which you obviously did.

I'd retry the chat link previously posted and ask them to send the Xbox Form to the relevant team. Other customers have had success using this method and a code is usually sent with 7-10 days.

                    So I contacted BT again and got a really helpful dude, within ten minutes he said he has contacted Microsoft and the pass will be on my account within 7 days…….which is great if it happened but god knows what the previous 1 1/2 hour call with no help was about. Thanks for your help He man hopefully it all goes well without any more hitches now. 🤞
