Xbox ultimate pass

Hi, I signed up and got activated last Friday, I have recieved the email and text to confirm I am eligible for the xbox pass, but I cannot find content partners or add on, even gaming isn't showing up. I have tried on my mobile phone app, desktop version and also on my PC with no sign or change. I only have one account number on My BT app. I picked the 900 package die to the integrated Xbox ultimate pass for 12 months for my kids, the xbox game pass will be under my child's gamertag/username as I do not play it myself. Can any1 help? I have contacted BT on multiple occasions and also have filed a complaint in which still is not solved, no1 at BT can seem

If only last Friday have you paid your first bill?  You must access MYBT from pc/laptop
