When signing in to MYBT, I am greeted with a screen saying
Your BT ID has not yet been activated
The link we sent you to activate your BT ID has now expired
You can use a new activation email to your BT username or click any of the links below
Clicking the 'resend activation email' button just returns with "This action cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later"
I can't access my BT ID because of this
Then phone CS 03301234150 and they should be able to sort it out for you
