I've recentley joined BT and having trouble viewing bills/products on my BT I.D app and also on the internet.
I've noticed I've got two different accounts linked the my I.D, was just wondering if there is a way I can delete the account that I know longer need. I have phoned and spoke to someone about this but they were no help what so ever.
phone CS 03301234150 or try billing team https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband they should be able to remove old account
