address to send old box back?

Got my new BT box and set it up with no problem.

What address do I send the old one back to?

I've done it before, I'm sure that last time there was a sticker and bag to put it all in, but there isn't with this new one.

If you login to your My BT account or app, there will be an option to request a return bag.

You then take that and the provided label to the post office and keep the receipt. 

It takes a few weeks for BT to acknowledge your return.
