bill

All I want to do is look at my bill,  a reasonable thing to do. I just can't find it, and get in circular responses giving options I don't want. I know I'm technology illiterate but BT should make it easy for people like me to be able to simply view their bill.

The My BT app is the easiest way to view your bills and manage your payments, or click View your bill:

The e mail says I'm one click away from my bill. Well I'm not. The advice aboe does not work. Why can't I view my bill please?

Kimberlin, thanks, but does not work. Unless I an clear what to do son, I'm going back to hard copy. Maybe you try and confirm it works.

@rex003  With respect, I can’t help you. The instructions despite your own difficulties trying to fathom out how to look at your bill, are clear and most customers just won’t have any difficulty using the App.

You can of course revert to paper bills charged at £3 per month if you really can’t get on with the App.

Have you set up a BTID so that you can access your MyBT?

If not you need to do that so that you see your bill online.
