Why isn't 700mins an option on my renewal. The only options are PAYG and Unlimited calls. i have been on the 500mins for the last 12 months. (I believe 500 mins is not now available it as changed to 700mins).
When you are entering your info on the renewal check what calling plan the system thinks you are on as it may be putting you onto the 700 mins by default and so possibly won't show that as an option.
Then do nothing, it is not necessary to renew to stay on the same package. Call packages are independent of broadband contract renewals.
Renew by phone on 0800 800 030. You might even be able to negotiate on the price though I think that's not as easy as it used to be.
