essential £20 package

Hi i just enquired about your £20 essential package and got told it didnt include phone calls to land or mobiles, thats not what it says on your website. which ones is correct.

That depends as there are 2 packages with a similar name.

Essential broadband is the reduced FTTC/FTTC speed profile, it gives 40/10 which is up to 40mbps down and 10mbps upload, that doesn't include any calls unless customers pay for it.

Home Essentials is a low cost broadband and calls tariff for customers on qualifying benefits, that does include calls, more info at Home Essentials
