Moved house

I have recently moved house. I have plugged the modem in and connected all the wires, and an orange light appears. I have tried rebooting it via the switch and resetting it fully, but still not working. Any help?

Have you told BT you moved house ? that will see a home move order raised and you will be infomed when the service would go live, has this been done ?

If not, then you will not get any service at your new house, it will stay at your old house.

Did you receive an email titled along the lines of 'you're on the move' ?
You would of then received confirmation when your services would be moved to the new address, if not then it's possible you just updated the billing address details.

You're better off ringing 0800 800 150 speaking to either the Loyalty or Value team and they can see if a home move order was raised, they can confirm the activation date at your new address, if you've not raised a home move order, they can do it for you.
