getting assistance with bill with no phone

Hi, I need help with my bill but I cannot use the phone. The landline has never worked, and recent excruciating finacial difficulty means I can't afford to top up my mobile. Can I please email someone about this because the the online help is just a circular redirect to asking me to call an agent. Thanks

you should be able to phone CS 03301234150 as calls are free  there is no email address to contact

you could try message now to billing using the link here
