How long should I wait for BT to send me a returns package details so that I can return my old home hub after my account has closed over 2 weeks ago. I no longer live at that old address and nothing has come to my new address as a redirection from the PO?

I suggest that you call BT 0800.800.150 and ask them to send you a returns package to your new address otherwise you could be waiting for ever.
