ordering broadband and tv pacage

i am a bt customer and just moved.i now have a moving date for new house and will need broadband and package i had previously . broadband halo.internet phones.bt tv employees package.what would be the best procedure to get the mentioned. not moving in for 2 weeks .tia.

Your existing package can likely be moved to the new address by starting off the 'home move' process, described at this link: Moving home with BT | BT.
