Once again I've received 3 emails telling me my broadband and phone bill is ready. I reported onBT online support chay last month.
Anyone know whether I can change any setting/preference to stop this from happening?
I can have this investigated for you to find out why you're receiving duplicate emails advising you that your bill is ready.

I also get two emails each month regarding my bill is ready, is it possible to have my case looked into also.
