looks kore like you are on broadband package for FTTC - fibre to street cabinet and copper to your home - not FTTP fibre to the premises. check your package in MYBT

if full fibre you must have something like this

and not using the standard phone master socket

@WL278516a £37 is less than a lot of people are paying for slower speeds than that.
