The "Message Now" button doesn't work anymore when trying to contact BT via their website.
I have no pop-up or adblockers and I've tried on Chrome, Edge, Firefox and even on my mobile but clicking "Message Now" does absolutely nothing.

I just tried using chrome and Edge and message now opened up a chat window

Seems to be a persistent problem. I haven't been able to start a chat for the last few days.
Just checked the message now link and still works with chrome and edge so must be something with your device. What devices have you tried?
Running Windows11, and I routinely use Firefox - with Adblock turned off in case that was a problem.

At what point are you noticing this failing; is it at the point you select 'Message us' and expect the box to pop up like the OP mentioned?
I use Firefox on my Windows 11 Desktop at home, and when giving this a test it's allowing the box to pop up and start a new chat.
