"Remember to return your kit to avoid a charge" I sent it back ages ago

I just got a text saying to return my kit to avoid a charge, but I sent it back ages ago and Royal Mail have confirmed it arrived. I do not want to be charged so could an admin look into this for me?

You can wait for the system to update, once the warehouse receive it, the equipment is checked for damage, then it gets scanned onto the system to stop the reminders, if it's causing you worry you can call 0800 800 150, speak with the connections team and provide the tracking reference, they can update manually once they veify it's returned.
