"Sorry, we can’t show your broadband details at the moment"

i am unable to view multiple parts of the bt website. i can't view 'my products', nor can i view bt deals or other parts of the site. have already tried multiple pc's, with multiple web browsers. i have seen that others have had the solution solved by getting their BTiD reset but i'm not sure how if this is the true solution or if there's another issue. there were issues with my provider switchover, initially, and while that has been resolved it seems there have been some other issues to have come out of it.

any advice? thanks

Welcome to the community.

If it is happening across different devices and browsers, it sounds like we'd need to look at the account side of it. 

If you get in touch with our tech guides, they can bring up your account and have a check on the account settings for you.
