ANyone know what happens with the refer a friend reward. I introduced my brother a few months ago, he is now been using BT broadband for a few months yet neither of us have received the promised Amazon voucher. I have had no response to my emails either

What does it show on the status checker? As a referrer, you can check the status of your referrals by using the online status checker. You can do this by heading back to the Refer a friend site. Or following the link you received in the email we sent you when your friend joined.

I don't see a status checker when I follow the link, all it does is take me to a page where I can recommend BT to more people.
