Received a Broadband renewal email; clicked on the "See My Deals" button. The offer of interest to me was a reduction from my current £41.31 to £29.99 for Broadband only. Went through the order process; on the summary page, before "Place Order", was an info panel stating I'd be sent an EE TV box. I don't want TV. Spoke with an agent who told me I had to take the TV to obtain this price. Why does BT send an email leading customer to a "deal" which then includes an unwanted option, whicj isn't apparent until the "Place Order" page is reached?
