if DWP are confirming to you , that you are in receipt of a qualifying benefit why (apparently) are they saying something different to BT (that’s the inference from what is occurring) , when BT approach them for confirmation, they will use your NI number and (presumably) your address , DOB etc ., you say you have supplied info to BT confirming you qualify, but it’s not you but the DWP that need to supply this confirmation to BT

Hi, I have already sent my documents my documented evidence to them that my data is correct. My insurance number , my dob my address , if I have provided them with my evidence why are they still saying that my details are not correct ? I did not say I sent papers documents that prove that for them everything is correct. Then it is they who must tell me in fact a document coming from the dwp saying my refusal what the reason .
