returns back to BT

Go to solution

Hi all

We have transferred from BT to Sky FF broadband.   They have sent 2 returns labels for a small package.  Obviously we will only use one.  Will the 2nd one be still on their system awaiting another return or if we dont use it we will get a charge.  The one we use we will  get proof of postage.

What are they asking to be returned. If it is more than one item use both labels in two bags.

Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.

Hey again @Mattiesmomma.

Have you had any other equipment from us like a TV Box or WiFi disc that may also need to be sent back?

Also please don't share them here, but do the two labels have different tracking numbers?

You can find details of everything that would need to be returned here:

It is probably a mistake but I would put hub in one and cables in another and put a note in each with details of each return saying what you have done and keep copies.  I did a return recently and was just sent one label and I used the website to see what they wanted back  - the hub, the thing that plugs in the wall and the telecoms cable. I had considered adding an old BT hub from before they were BT property and a few other things so they could recycle that but it would have affected the postage so I just got rid of those in another way.

BT do not need or want you to return Ethernet cables. Just return the hub and if you want, the power lead with it.
