Hi when I try to activate discovery plus my bt is showing wrong account number. I can change it in billing but reverts back when coming out of there. So I can't get a message to activate
Hi @Spud1964, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
It sounds like you some old accounts linked to your BTID. The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok.
If you don't have another email address you can use post back and let me know.
