been with bt 5 weeks first bill paid spoke to adviser who lied to me twice saying bill put right, now bill still wrong after 2nd bill generated and late fee added, bt liers or clowns who dont know there job, any competent bt advisers help put this right?

this is a customer help customer forum and your post does not go to BT phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and they should be able to sort it out
