hi,

I am trying to activate my free Xbox ultimate game pass but like many others the screen tells me it is down for maintenance and to call a number. the phone number gets me nowhere. can you help please?

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been unable to activate the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. We don’t have account access here in the community to check your account and determine why it’s not activating.
