If 14 days have passed since your account was activated you should get in touch with BT by calling or using the live chat 'Message Now' option on the Broadband Contact us page, and one of the Customer Service reps should be able to help.

so i have tried the phone number on hold 30 mins then get cut off try online chat waiting for an adviser for 20 mins no joy tried 3 differant brousers same thing down for maintance so im just going to downgrade my broadband
If you are not within your 14 day cooling off period you will incur cancellation fees if you wish to change your present contract.
If possible you are best to try the online chat first thing when it opens at 7am.
