When I try to login, the app faffs about then tells me 'sorry, something went wrong'. Not very helpful.
I have reinstalled the app, changed my ID. It is exactly the same behavior with an older android phone.
I have liaised with BT messenger service and tried everything that they have suggested.
Shown printscreens of the login process and the failure. Shown my phone details and that everything is up to date on my S20+5g.
I can login on the website, it is just the app that won't work.
This is very frustrating, you would think that the app team might be able to assist, but there has been nothing feedback to the team running the social media team.
Any ideas out there?
