BT App constantly requring password

I have the BT app on my Android phone. When first installed I logged in and it asked me to enter and confirm a pin number which I did. Since then around every 2 or 3 weeks it asks me to reset this pin. It works if I do so but I've no idea why it does it so frequently. I've deleted and re-installed the app but the same problem returns. Any ideas why?

If you're constantly having to reset your PIN, it may be a security measure in place by BT. However, try checking your settings and fiddling about with them until it stops.
