Hi Guys, I'm not sure where to post this. I am BT Business customer and have always been able to access the old BT hotspots and then recently the EE hotspots. Now I cannot access them because the login detail I used where the ***@btconnect.com user name and password. This was never an email address that I could access just login for BT Business. I since use my business email login for my BT Business billing, faults and everything else. The issue I have is that if I use this email address it is unrecognised at the EE login portal under BT Business login. If I use the old btconnect.com login that used to work this then asks me to verify my account with an email that has been sent to the btconnect.com login address. This isn't an actual address that I can access. How can I resolve this? I have been using this for years but the new additional layer of security is blocking me out.
