BT Cloud Closing Today

Trying to download my files but it keeps crashing anyone else have this problem/ Also you can only select 60 files!! A mess really unless I'm doing something wrong? Duffo

Morning Leanne No its now saying I do not have enough space on my I-Phone (Which I have) to continue with the restore? I left it running overnight as well/ Paul.

I have tried that as well Leanne however when you select all photos you can only do 60 at a time! I have sat there and clicked all of them which are many then it crashes. Paul.
