I have been informed that the desktop app for BT Cloud is not compatible with windows 11. Does anyone know a work around for the simple task of saving files eg documents and they being automatically backed up to BT Cloud.
Who informed you that it's not compatible?
There is a thread, see here, where their was a problem logging in but that was resolved before Christmas.
I am using a iMac, and since the latest version download my BT cloud app logs out upon leaving my profile. It only starts again upon manual re- launch.
BT Cloud have been sent logs but as yet 10 days later no solution, only no further updates.
