I have downloaded the BT Cloud Desktop app but am constantly getting the message "Error Syncing" and cant see any of my folders. I am trying to download them all off BT cloud to my laptop?? Please someone help me before I lose all my photos....

I can totally understand that you want to get this sorted before the end of the month.
Can you try to delete the BT Cloud desktop app and install it again to make sure it is the most up to date version and try again?
