I am trying to download all my BT cloud ahead of it closing and keep getting the message,
"we had problems fetching your photos and video. Please try again."
I have tried again many times now and starting to worry as the deadline approaches.
Any suggestions?

I take it you’ve looked at other similar threads for help? The best option is to download through the Cloud Desktop App on your PC.
The app is available through the BT cloud website btcloud.bt.com . Not sure why though you’re getting the closed message. Just checked mine now and seems all there.
