BT Cloud is a pain! Can I uninstall, reinstall and start all over again?
Why might I want to do this? Well in order to get the program up and running properly: I've tried this, I've tried that, and everything else I can think of, but still no joy!
The only items that appear to backup are my photographs. None of my documents have backed up. I created a small document on Apple Pages and tried to upload it but couldn't. When I click on music in my BT app it just closes! I carried out a complete sync last night but that doesn't seem to have worked
Can I uninstall the BT Cloud app and then do a complete uninstall online at MyBT and then reinstall both. .
