BT Cloud Latest Update

Hi,

BT Cloud app has updated to version 24.4.12.0 which is running on an iMac with OSX Ventura.

There seems to be a problem as the Settings button is greyed out and when selecting Pause syncing all the options are greyed out. Also can't select the Set Up Wizard.

The above items remain greyed out after the current syncing has stopped

Hello,

Our BT Cloud service is ending. Unfortunately, this means your BT Cloud account will be closing alongside it too.

It also means, that if you want to keep your data, you’ll need to move it to a new platform. Don’t worry, you have until 31st October to do this.

From 31st October, the service will close, and all information will be deleted.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.


BT Cloud will become read-only in September


From 9th September, the BT Cloud platform will become a “read-only” service. This means you won’t be able to upload anything new from then. But you’ll still be able to view and download the data you have in there already.
