BT Cloud MBB3-01 error

Hello, I have been trying to log into BT cloud, however I get an error message stating "Something went wrong BT cloud is no longer available. Error code MBB3-01

I have had BT broadband and use the cloud for many years. I am the main account holder and my wife is a registered user. We have both been using the cloud with our separate email addresses with no problem for many years.

My access is perfectly okay still, but when my wife logs in with her email address and password she gets the message as mentioned above and the error code MBB3-01.

In this situation, as well as the cloud, not backing up, access to stored files on that account are unavailable.

anybody got any ideas?
