After receiving an email a few weeks ago stating our cloud storage would be cancelled in 30 days our BT Cloud storage appears to be reduced from the 1TB we have had access to. We have not changed our products, or cancelled our service.
I have made several attempts to call and use the online chat help which hasn't provided a solution.
On the mobile app I can see we have the usual 1TB but on the OS desktop app there are messages stating we are out of storage. We have tried to uninstall the desktop app several times using the uninstall but still arrive at the out of storage message.
Any pointers, or a contacts would be gratefully received.
