BT Cloud Windows - Frequency = Daily Does not seem to work...

I recently installed BT CLoud version 21.8.9 on my PC. I set up the Backup to point at my Documents, Video, and Pictures folders.

It finished uploading all the files on the 16-Jan-22. I then changed the Frequency for the three folders to "Daily".

Yesterday (21-Jan-22) I made some changes to three files in the Documents folder. When I started my PC today I expected it to upload those new files but after 3 hours it hasn't done so.  I then changed the Frequency to "Continuous" and they uploaded straight away.

What is meant by the "Daily" option? Does it only check and upload at a set time? If so, will it not bother if the PC is off at that time?
