Windows 10 - have installed the BT Cloud app, several times, so I can download my files before closure but it won't run, clicking the icon it does nothing.

I can login to the desktop but that only zips the files, the whole purpose of the app is so that the files are already downloaded into the Cloud folder or it should allow me to download then, but I can't get the app to open on my PC.

I would recommend speaking with our customer care team so they can raise this be looked into further.
