Recently I posted the following with no replies.
"Since the last BT Cloud software update I have lost the BT Cloud icon in the menu bar on my iMac. I am in the situation where the icon is there upon application launch, and disappears when you close your profile. However upon re sign in to profile the icon will not reappear till you resign into the BT cloud app.
I have proved that during the sign out time the cloud is not working in the background. I have been informed that I am running the latest software upon re install, and have a tick in the settings to say launch at sign in.
In the iMac setting it states that BT cloud should open on sign in. The cloud is working perfect when signed in.
Anyone else with same problem or suggestions please."
I have since been to varying levels of BT Cloud support, and sent logs. They seem to be at a blank.
Could some one running the latest version 22.12.33.0 on an iMac please confirm all is working like mine, but also not logging its self out/ not logging back in upon leaving your profile.
