BT Cyber threat Protect activation crashed mid-process stuck on manage with no subscription linked

Hi hope some one can help me. So for a week now iv been phoning and live chat trying to get my bt cyber threat protect to work i click the link to activate it it took me to a norton page that was asking for a 13 digit number then it crashed so now there is no longer an activate link on my bt cyber protect it just says manage. When i click it it takes me to a norton page thats just says no active subscription thank you for any help

I'm sorry you're getting this error message trying to get this set up.
