BT Email app on IOS - microsoft swiftkey app third party keyboard

Hi all,

I have just installed the microsoft swiftkey app for third party keyboard on my iphone and the BT email app is not picking up it.

It works on other app such as microsoft outlook and texts app etc as the default keyboard.

Any advice welcome
