Since the 2 updates of the BT mobile app I now cannot use the fingerprint log in option and if I choose "Test my speed" it tells me that there is an error.
Yet another improved, must have, brand new update with bells and whistles that doesn't work.
I'm having the same issue with the speed test thing too on their app. It's not a fault with the hub or ONT either as I've restarted both and I've spoken with BT before about it and they mentioned something about server issues and it will eventually fix itself. Don't hold your breath though...
Thanks, I guessed it might be something like the poor server rather than the usual bug-ridden update that's supposed to make everyone's life so much easier.
