I assume BT needs to provide Chrome with a new SSL?
The problem is that the BT site viewed on Chrome or using other web browsers seems to be creating secure connections for other users. So it's a little odd that it's not doing this for you! I'd suspect that something my have changed on your own machine/browser, and I might start with a proper reboot followed by re-installing Chrome if that doesn't work.
*Have you done anything recently that may have impacted your browser security?
Thanks for this, I have done as you suggested and removed chrome , rebooted and reinstalled but still has the problem with the certificate having expired.
Which BT domain and subdomain are you seeing this for?
What is the browser version you have installed?
@Robnash Works for me witout any problems.
Hi, thanks for all your help.
I found that Chrome hadnt been completey removed. So I tried again and re-installed. I also went to the BT page rather than a favourite link and all works well. The favourite link pointed to BT webmail not BT mail.
Once again many thanks for your help
Regards
Robin
