BT Virus Protect - Norton

When I click on the Manage button under BT Virus Protect I get the same  server error that everyone else seems to be reporting. But I can't seem to see a solution.

Thanks but I've checked the forum, and been through 35 pages of people complaining of the same problem, but cannot see a solution that I can use to fix the problem.

There is no solution yet and I think the mod posts confirm they are working on it. Just need to wait

This appears to have been ongoing since December!!

I see some people have said that it's now working for them, but with no indication of what the Fix was.
