BT Virus Protect Server error when clicking on Manage

I have switched from TalkTalk to BT Full Fibre but cannot get Virus protect to work on any of my devices.

Get a Server error message as below

At a guess, you have a previous anti virus program that has failed to uninstall properly, go to the appropriate website (McAfee, Norton or other) and you should be able to download an uninstall tool
