Why won't this app transfer from Android 9 phone to new Android 12 phone?

What do you mean it won't transfer? Just download it from the Play Store

When you first switch on the new phone you can opt to do automatic copying all data including apps from the old phone. It says that for apps that don't get transferred contact the supplier of the app.
